How do I get a quote?

Phone us. Speak to a real person. Sometimes you will be asked to leave a message on our answering service. This only happens when all our lines are busy. We will endeavour to reply within an hour. Sorry in advance if this happens to you.

Email us. We use a high speed Broadband service. We receive your email instantaneously.

When you contact us we require the following information for your enquiry:

• Name, address, phone #, site address

• Quantities

• Door type - Internal / External / Entrance / French / Bifold / Multifold

• Size - Height x Width x Thickness

• Opening size - stud to stud or jamb rebate to jamb rebate

• Glazing - Clear, Frosted , Obscured , semi-obscured, slump, leadlight etc

• Timber jambs - Cedar, Maple, Pine, MDF, other

• Skirting & Architraves - MDF, Pine, Maple, Cedar, other.

• Door Hardware - hinges, door handles, track hardware, flush pulls - colour

How do I order & pay?

We accept the following

VISA - MASTERCARD - BANKCARD - Cheque - Bank transfer

To place an order, please submit your order by phone, and then send the written quote confirmation form we have sent you previously by email, fax or post. Do not email your Credit card details, as we do not have encryption software.  

We require a deposit of 50% up front and the balance on receipt of goods.

All credit card numbers are destroyed after processing.

Why are you so much cheaper than traditional hardware stores?

We work from a small warehouse, keep limited stock and have limited staff. Our overheads are low. We supply on a ~ Just in Time ~ basis. That's why we need at least 5 days to deliver your order. Having said that, same day deliveries happen if we have it in stock. If you are organised, you will save.

Do you have oversize doors and undersize doors?

Yes. We can fit any opening with a door to suit your style. Most of our solid doors have generous trimming allowances. If it can't be trimmed, we will have it custom made to suit your requirements.

Do you offer pre-hung doors, so that we can fit them ourselves?

Yes. We can do all the hard work for you. Pre-hung doors and jambs are pre assembled and very easy to install. Almost anyone with basic renovation skills can install these doors.

What type of glass can I have in my door?

You can have any type of glass you want. You are only limited by your imagination (and your budget). From basic 5mm glass to the more sophisticated in security and sound technology.

Can I design my own leadlight or stained glass?

Yes. Many people want something unique for their home. We can accommodate whatever style or taste you may have. All you have to do is ask.
